What is an Associate Consultant
gsBase?
An Associate Consultant is a company formed by
professionals of software development, sale and installation of IT
Solutions for end customers (businesses or entities in any sector of
activity). Preferably Integrated Solutions (set of applications that cover
all the needs of these customers).
The company will sign an agreement or contract with
gsBase Systems, which will enable to install the gsBase system and
solutions to end customers. The agreement involves the acquisition of the
gsBase Development Kit and intensive training by attending a Training
Course for Development and Installation of systems and applications (this
course can be imparted in gsBase Systems headquarters or in Consultant
offices, its duration is one week). This Kit, in addition to all the
technical documentation of the system, includes three applications for use
in own consultant business activity: Application of General Business
Management (open source), General Accounting Application (closed to Spain)
and gsMail (closed). Such applications are not transferable to third
parties. They are transferred to the consultant for training in gsBase
products, at the same time can be used to managing their own business. The

What is the APPROACH BUSINESS for
Associate Consultants?
For the installation of a new client, the consultant
will choose the application or set of applications that best fit their
client of gsBase solutions catalog. Our indirect sales department will help
to select applications and make a budget of the price to charge to the end
customer and one's own cost estimates for the consultant. Such costs will
include the price of license of the starting applications and the price of
gsBase System chord with the number of concurrent users required for the
final customer, the cost price is always much lower than the sales price
oriented for the end customer. Here
you can make us a petition for margins and prices. We give always the
sectorial applications in open source to the Consultant so it can meet the
needs of their customer.
Any modifications or additions made by the Consultant on
starting applications will be owned of the Consultant and they can
commercialize the number of times it need, always acquiring previously the
license for each installation of the original application or set of
applications. One of the most important adjustments for non-Spanish
Consultants, is the translation of applications into the language or
nomenclature to the workplace. For this purpose gsBase includes the
language conversion tool.
In keeping with this approach and considering the
solutions of gsBase catalog, the Consultant will begin installing its end
customers in a very short period of time and therefore be able to recover
their initial investment quickly, while it creates added value for future
installations to end customers.

The Associate Consultant, takes as
its starting point the catalog of gsBase applications to solve the
problems of their clients. gsBase Systems advises and counsels to choose
the application(s) of departure and the recommended retail price.
Therefore, the Associate Consultant can start making installations to its
customers in a very short period of time and with complete assurance. The
Associate Consultant, is not a mere distributor, but must have experience
in developing solutions to fit their customers. This added value will
always be owned of the Consultant who can sell in the future.

Associated Consultants. What is the support of gsBase
Systems for its work?
Periodically, gsBase Systems organize meetings and
events to explain the functionality and target markets of the applications
of departure.
The gsBase Consultant will have full support (technical
and commercial) of our indirect sales department. gsBase Systems, makes
marketing in several countries and will contact the Consultant with the end
customers who contact with gsBase Systems.
Likewise, at the events scheduled by gsBase Systems to
promote its products, the consultants will have a privileged place as
business partners..
The gsBase website is a meeting point of all Associate
Consultants and will be updated daily with technical papers, videos, news
on developments and deployments by the consultants, etc.
gsBase Systems promotes the Club of Consultants
Associates gsBase. The members of the club, have a series of privileges
among those who are promoting all his works and installations.
